What’s Next?
THE course designed to help you make sense of your betrayal and set you firmly on the path to full recovery
Everything you need to get started on your recovery journey after discovering your partner is a porn or sex addict, or discovering physical, emotional, or virtual infidelity.
My friend,
You’ve just discovered that your partner is a sex or pornography addict. You’re feeling shocked, devastated and overwhelmed, wondering “where do we go from here?”
Firstly, I want to let you know, you are NOT alone, and you do not have to navigate this alone. I see you. I’ve got you. We can navigate this together.
There are steps, there is a process, and there are tangible things you can do to begin moving forward, TODAY.
Is reconciliation possible? Maybe. What’ NEXT will give you the steps to determine if your partner is willing to heal, and if they are, what steps you need to take together to move forward.
Can I heal after this? Absolutely. Whether your relationship recovers or not, YOU can heal. Let’s take the first steps together, TODAY!
Like you, I felt SO lost when I discovered my husband's secret life. I felt disoriented, scared, angry, and overwhelmed… I needed someone to hold my hand, walk me through the steps, and outline a plan….
The What’s NEXT course is the equivalent of months of 1:1 coaching with me, guiding you through the MOST effective steps and tools to accelerate your healing journey and set you up for success every step of the way.
WHAT’S NEXT? was created for you if any of the following statements are true:
You just discovered your husband has been secretly hiding a pornography or sex addiction (or, you discovered it a long time ago, but never had any support or guidance on how to address it)
You feel overwhelmed, not sure where to start, what this means, or what steps to take to process what just happened
You feel like there is no one to talk to because no one understands
You’re scared of what the future holds and feel hurt, angry and betrayed
You know you need to set boundaries in your relationship, but you’re not sure how, or what that means
The What’s Next?! Course helps you navigate the first phase of recovery: safety and Stabilization.
In this phase, you will learn the exact steps you need to take to:
Connect yourself and your partner to helpful professionals who specialize in sex/porn addiction recovery and betrayal trauma healing work
Set clear boundaries
Navigate the healing process if reconciliation is on the table
Understand the nervous system and how to support your body through triggers
Learn about the addict brain so you can feel more confident setting boundaries and supporting your partner
What’s Included
What’s NEXT is created to supplement your 1:1 support, meaning, for less than ONE one on one session (usually around $150), it saves 15+ hours of time in your sessions by answering the most common questions and equipping you with education and resources to help you take the next steps so that when you are working with your support team 1:1 you can spend more time navigating what’s most important to you week to week.

WHO IS THIS COURSE IS FOR:
Anyone who has either recently discovered their partner is a sex addict, porn addict, has had a physical affair, an emotional affair etc… The content terminology focuses on sex/porn addiction, but the same processes are recommended for any type of infidelity.
BEST when used in conjunction with a practitioner who specialized in betrayal trauma whether that is coaching with Kylene or another coach/counselor/therapist in your area.
Anyone who may have discovered infidelity before, but is just now diving into the healing process.
Anyone who has NOT gone through full therapeutic disclosure. If you have NOT gone through a disclosure, you will want to start here, even if you are years after discovery.
If you have been through a short disclosure at home without practitioner support, we still recommend going through this course and considering if a full therapeutic disclosure, supervised by practitioners who specialize in sex/porn addiction and betrayal trauma would be helpful.
WHO THIS COURSE IS NOT FOR:
Anyone who has already been through full therapeutic disclosure, supervised by practitioners who specialize in sex/porn addiction and betrayal trauma. Please see other coaching offerings for next steps.
